The classic milk & honey cleanser; a very basic natural cleanser that has been in use for thousands of years. The milk cleans and soothes while the honey also cleans but also acts as a natural humectant, meaning it attracts moisture and keeps it where it belongs: under your skin

What do you need:

  • 1 teaspoon dark organic Honey
  • 1 tablespoon whole Milk (or cream)

How to do it:

Warm up the honey until it becomes runny (not too hot!) by putting it in a small glass or metal bowl which is immersed in hot water (or a few seconds in the microwave)Mix the honey and milk well

Prepare fresh each time you use it

  • 3 tablespoons Oatmeal flour

  • 2 drops Lavender oil
  • 2 drops Juniper berry oil

How to do it:

Slowly warm up the cream in a double boiler (or 15-20 seconds in microwave) but do NOT let it boil. Add the honey and let it melt slowly. Then blend in the oatmeal and leave it for 5 minutes. Now add the oils and blend it well

Apply it to a warm, damp face and neck. Gently massage it on in circular movements. Rinse it off with warm water and end with a splash of cold; pat your skin dry

What do you need:

  • 2 tablespoons finely ground Almonds
  • 1 tablespoon Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Lime juice

How to do it:

How to do it:

Mix the green tea and mint and let it steep to make a strong cup of tea. Let it cool down for 15-20 minutes and mix the tea with the yogurt. Put the cornmeal in this mixture and let it soak for a few minutes, then mix it well

How to do it:

Put the cucumber in a food processor and whizz it until it becomes liquid. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix it well. Let it stand for a few minutes so the oatmeal can soak in the mixture

with Kiwi, Yogurt, Milk, Honey, Orange, Almonds, Apricot & Lemon oil

This homemade facial cleanser with kiwi fruit is useful for dry and oily skin

What do you need:

  • 1 peeled fresk Kiwi fruit
  • 2 tablespoons Plain unflavored Yogurt, with active cultures
  • 2 teaspoons Skim Milk
  • 2 teaspoons dark organic Honey
  • 2 teaspoons fresh Orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon finely ground Almonds
  • 1 teaspoon Apricot oil
  • 3 drops Lemon oil (or any other citrus oil)

How to do it:

Put the peeled kiwi in a food processor and mash it until its liquid. Add the rest of the ingredients, except for the oils, and mix it well until you have a smooth creamy substance. Now add the oils and slowly blend them in

Smooth this mixture onto your wet face, neck and décolleté and massage it gently to cleanse

Rinse with alternately cold and warm water and end with a splash of cold; pat your skin dry
